Order terms

These terms cover the seasonal specials you order and pay for on this website. In-store orders work the same way they always have.
Allergy note
Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame, and everything is made in the same shared space with shared tools. We can't promise that any item is free of an allergen, even when it isn't an ingredient. If anyone eating your order has a food allergy, please call us at (570) 861-0992 before you order so we can talk it through.
Ordering ahead
Our specials are seasonal and made by hand to order, so each one can only be ordered online during its order window and picked up on its set pickup days:
- 25 Days of Flavors advent calendar: every year, order Nov 1 to Nov 15, pick up Nov 29 or Nov 30.
- Sweetheart Sampler: every year, order Jan 18 to Feb 1, pick up Feb 7 or Feb 8 or Feb 9 or Feb 10 or Feb 11 or Feb 12 or Feb 13.
Outside these windows the site doesn't take orders for that special. For anything else, or a different date, call us and we'll do our best.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars, with no sales tax added. You pay securely on Square's checkout page, and Square emails you a receipt.
Pickup
All online orders are picked up at the shop, 368 W Butler Dr, Drums, PA, on the pickup day you chose at checkout. Come any time we're open that day and give us the name on the order. If you can't make it on your day, call us before then. Ice cream items are packed frozen, so please head home or to your party soon after pickup and keep them in a freezer until serving. Once an order leaves the shop, we can't be responsible for melting.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Changed your mind? Call us within 24 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it for a full refund.
- After that, orders can't be refunded because we plan and make them for you, but call anyway and we'll see what we can do.
- If we can't make your order for any reason, we'll contact you and refund you in full.
- Something wrong with your order? Let us know the same day and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How things look
Photos and videos on this site show examples. Every special is made by hand, so yours may look a little different, and we sometimes swap a topping for what's in season. Some pictures on this site are illustrations rather than photos of our own products.
